    Put the question beside its evidence

    Create a workspace for the project. Add the papers and notes that motivate the experiment, and write down the uncertainty you want to resolve. Include practical constraints in your request to Flow.

    Ask for a testable plan

    Ask Flow to propose a hypothesis, a measurable prediction, variables and controls. Review the proposed experiment record before approving it. Refine the method with the expertise and procedures your research requires.

    Record what happened and revisit the question

    Keep observations and deviations with the experiment run. Compare the outcome with the prediction, including inconclusive results. Use what you learned to refine the hypothesis or choose a different test.
